Awesome service! Fast - they responded within 10-15 minutes. And the cost of towing was reasonable. The truck driver was exceptional. Anthony was knowledgeable, professional and very friendly, He brightened an otherwise unpleasant experience.
Excellent experience at this shop. I had to call them out of the blue when an oil line on my Cat engine wore through and leaked. I was lucky they were able to get me in the same day and fabricate a replacement oil line. Everyone I spoke with from the 1st person that answered the phone, to the mechanic, to the service advisor that billed the repairs was pleasant and helpful. I would not hesitate to have my equipment worked on by them if I am in the area again. Thank you for the great service team at Lester’s!
If I could give them 10 stars I would! I don’t usually review things but my fiancé and I were stuck on 77 going NB (mile 2) with our fifth wheel and these guys literally saved our trip! We couldn’t move more than 10 feet at a time without our engine overheating. Next exit was 6 miles away. We would have had to spend the night by the highway or get towed away by the police at a crazy amount of money. We were near tears when like an angel sent by god John stopped in front of us. He towed us to this shop and let us stay the night for free with power hook up. It was after hours but first thing in the morning they got us back and running! At a very decent price too and even gave us some extra coolant we ended up using to finish getting to Ohio. I can’t thank these guys enough. Even though it was pouring rain they towed us, gave us a safe place to sleep and get dry in our rv while we were waiting for them to patched us up in the morning. Forever grateful for these guys having saved us from a worst fate. Thank you so much John (and other guys) we will never forget you 🫶🏼
John gross help me out for free when I was on the side of the road due to windshield wipers flew off while it was pouring down rain. He followed me to the loves truck stop and made sure I got there safe. Company purchased wipers. John installed it for free. I totally recommend this guy. He saved my day . And saved me time and money. Great business guy and very helpful

I cannot say enough AMAZING things about this company and the folks that work here! I called on a Saturday after breaking down on the interstate, and they came and towed my car and offered me a ride as well. The owners son is the man that came out to tow me and my fiancé. He was very kind about our situation and very easy to talk to which in a time of stress was very helpful. When I got to their shop they were very quick to tell me the problem! Unfortunately for me, the engine was the problem. At first I couldn’t believe it! I called someone in my family who’s a mechanic and said they were 100% correct about my situation. I sat there wondering what I was going to do, because I broke down 4 hours from home and had no where to go. The owner gave me and my fiancé a ride to a hotel and said “if it were me I would want someone to do the same.” He then drove us from hotel to hotel because the first few had no rooms available, and he made sure we found one that did. He gave us advice on who to call and where to go to fix our situation. All of these were things he didn’t have to do that my fiancé and I are forever grateful for. If you need someone you can trust please take my advice, this is a family owned business that truly has your best interest at heart.
I wish I could give a million stars!!! There really isn’t anyone around anymore that would go above n beyond like u guys do!!!! U don’t know how appreciative n grateful not only the 4 of us are but my family is as well!!! We blew a wheel bearing last Friday around 9 pm on our way home from vacation on 77N.. flagged down a local sheriff and was given the # to call..that was about 11 pm or so…the owner answered, was very friendly and helpful!!! we had to wait until the following morning to call back @ 9 am..we called n they sent Chad over to tow our Yukon in…Chad was absolutely outstanding! he stood with us in the rain n actually talked to us, answered all of our questions, offered to get us anything we needed n didn’t just rush away like most would..I received a call back saying what all needed done which was quite lengthy (ie wheel bearing rotors brake pads calipers an axle) and we were told it would probably be Sunday evening before it was done..I received another call bout 2.5 hours later that it was done!!! They fixed what all was broke n even redid the passenger side..The owner was still asking if there was anything they could do to help us out!! Jason came and picked up my husband to go get our vehicle n was just as outstanding!!! Very friendly n talkative!!! I know this is just a google review but i wanted u to know how deeply appreciative we are n to tell the world that if they end up in a situation like ours a shop like yours with a crew like u have is the only one I would ever want to entrust in ever again!!!! No one can compare. Thank you so so much
I cannot put into words, the gratitude I have for this company. They fixed my broken van that stranded our 3 boys on the way to Myrtle Beach. They did not have to help and they went out of their way. The van is driving awesome. I’d give 100 stars if I could!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart 💜
This morning around 3:30 am my nephews and their friend broke down in Virginia on their way to vacation and still had a 5 hour drive. They were on the interstate with not much around. After several hours of us trying to figure out what they could do and having no luck, They ended up being towed by Lester’s. The wonderful people there immediately went to work on the van. Within an hour they had them back on the road to their destination. If it wasn’t for the fantastic people at Lester’s, our family would still be stranded and 5 hours away from us. We will never be able to repay what they did for our family. Thank you Lester’s. You truly went above and beyond and we will be eternally grateful. I would give them 1,000,000 stars if I would ❤️
My family got stuck on the side of the road with a leaking van. Lester’s immediately came and got them and helped them by towing to their shop, and immediately fixing the problem as my family was driving to the beach. They knew the situation and fixed it without hesitation. Great company and highly recommend!

Best road side service in 24 years of being out on the road. Brandon was super fast, courteous and patient with me when my bank was giving me a hard time with the transaction. Lost all my coolant, had bad hoses from engine to the APU. He replaced both lines and did a great job. Very satisfied with the work and the cost. I'm already recommending them to friends. I appreciate it, you guys made a bad day turn into a decent day. Thank you.
Our Sprinter van was losing air in its tire very quickly on a 15-hr road trip to our son’s moto race. We found Lester’s and even though was after hours, they had a guy meet us at the shop as we limped the van in. Took very little time, didn’t break the bank, and got us back on the road in time for the race! Thanks so much, Lester Crew! We really appreciate you!!

Truck broke down pulling a load up these hills but Lester’s came and towed me into his lot so I could be looked at first thing, when owner arrived in the am he had someone on it so I could get back going, let me leave my trailer on site til I could come back next day and pick up! Very generous and understanding group of guys at Lester’s and I’d definitely call again if needed! Thanks I really appreciated it in my time of need
Had to have truck towed about 8 miles to shop where determined problem was drive shaft -only had to wait short time for tow and bill was only $125.00 - and to fix truck about another hour for $120.00. - which I thought was very reasonable and fair - I would definitely recommend them I promise you won’t be disappointed! 👍✅

Lester’s saved us on a holiday trip from PA to NC when we broke down halfway into the 9 hour drive. My entire family was with me: a wife and twin 9 year old girls. We blew a hose and thermostat housing and we were on the road again for a very reasonable price and in a very short amount of time. Just hours within our arrival, we were already departing. We can’t be any happier. Thank you!
Dropped a drive shaft out of my Freightliner a block from their shop. They hauled my truck and trailer for half what is expected. Top notch service all the way.They sent the secretary to pick me up at the hotel and took me back to my truck. If you need help on 77 in Virginia, this is the man.
Excellent place that does excellent work! I was panicking when my brakes stopped working in the middle of the mountains, but Kevin and everyone else at Lester's made sure I was good to go. Exceptionally kind people!
