6 days from Christmas and hours away from my origin and destination the car broke down in the most stressful of all situations. From the tow, assessment, dealing with the warranty people and getting me back on the road everybody at Lester's were professional, empathetic and overall FANTASTIC! Never have I been so happy that AAA and the VA Roadside Assistance recommend an amazing company.
Best Flat Tire Experience I've ever had! From the time I called to when they were packing up completed was less than 40 minutes! They were friendly and professional. The ability to digitally authorize the work and payment was super simple and easy to use! I was even able to Use Apple Pay which was very convenient given being on the side of the road. I don't recommend a flat tire, but I do definitely recommend Lester's if you get one.

Our car broke down in the middle of the night and Jason was very helpful with answering our questions and getting the car towed efficiently!! He was very kind to us and even had our car diagnosed the following morning to let us know what caused it to break down! This company was very pleasant to work with and I would highly recommend them for any towing/mechanical needs!!!

Lester's is a LIFESAVER. On a moving trip from NC to WI, we noticed a flat tire, while parked at gas station. The tech there said we had a nail in it and sent us to Lester's, right around the corner. Lester's got us in and out in 10 minutes and we were back on the road! Charged us a great price and were super nice! Highly recommend!!
My family of four and two dogs were traveling back to WV from our vacation in SC. It was fortunate that we broke down where we did! They were able to make the repairs in just a few hours and had us on our way back home. They saved the day!!! Thank you Lester’s Transmission & Towing!!

I can not say enough about them. My son and his friends were on a summer road trip from Pittsburgh Pa to Key West, Fla. My trusty van breaks down about 6 hrs in to the trip just inside the Virginia line. Lester's towing came, towed and fixed their van, getting them back on the road and back on track the same day. They were kind, fast and extremely professional. They talked to my husband and assured us that everything is good to go. The guys were back on the road and were able to make their first stop as a late check in. Thank you for your professionalism and taking care of my kid. 5 stars!!

Engine light came on while driving on 77northbound. State police suggested Lester’s. Landon came within 1/2 hour. We thought we needed oil, he knew we needed antifreeze. Which he brought and we were back on the road. Very nice and knowledgeable young man. Thank you for the great customer service.

There are no words to express how grateful I am for Lester’s. I got stuck on the side of the road traveling with two small children and Jason and his son saved the day. They arrived quickly to tow my car back to their shop and were so patient and kind in helping me arrange a way back home. Fuel line broke while on interstate, on a holiday weekend. They towed and fixed it in 24 hrs at reasonable cost. Recommend.

We were traveling through and realized quickly we had a nail in the tire and a quick leak. Stopped at Love's gas station and they said Lester's could help but it was around 8pm on a Friday night. We called and they were helping someone else so he said come on over. Thankfully they were open! Jason was able to get us a replacement tire and get us (with our two young kids) on the road quickly without charging us an arm and a leg. Thank you so much Jason and Lester's. Not sure what we would have done without you! Highly recommend Lester's.
Had to drop a truck off here for a friend and prep mine for the road. Very friendly and helpful staff. Both the staff and owner Jason stayed a few minutes after normal business to make sure I was ok with everything and good to go.

Had a small issue with a truck 2020 Peterbilt charging issue just got new batteries installed checked over everything found they weren't hooked up correctly and very reasonable about the price great people I will be back
